Put a cherry on top of your outfit! MADMIA's Cherry Bag has two glossy cherry-shaped zip compartments, a stem-style shoulder strap and leafy details. With red lining and silver logo accents, it's a sweet way to carry your little essentials.

Gently wipe with a soft, damp cloth, then dry with a soft cloth. Avoid soaking, abrasive cleaners and rough surfaces. Store away from direct sunlight and heat, and avoid overfilling.

Delivery costs and times

• EU and UK: FREE over €89.90, otherwise €6.99. Delivery 3–10 business days.
• Other countries: cost and time shown at checkout.

The free shipping threshold applies to the order total after discounts. All prices include VAT.

Order processing

• Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding Bulgarian public holidays).
• Orders ship the next business day from our Sofia warehouse via Deutsche Post / DHL.
• You receive a tracking link by email when your order ships.

Customs and import charges

EU orders: no customs or import charges. UK and other non-EU orders: import duties and taxes may apply and are payable by the customer.

30-day right of withdrawal

You can cancel your order for any reason within 30 days of receiving it. This is longer than the 14 days required by EU law.

• Tell us by email at contact@madmia.eu, or use our withdrawal form. Include your order number.
• Send the items back within 14 days of telling us.

Refunds

• We refund the full price paid, including the original standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.
• We may hold the refund until we receive the items or proof that you sent them.
• We refund to your original payment method, at no fee.
• You pay the cost of returning the items.
• You are responsible for any loss in value caused by handling the items more than needed to check them.

Exchanges

We do not do direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

All products have a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under EU law. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, email contact@madmia.eu with your order number and a photo. We will repair, replace or refund it, and pay the return postage.

UK and non-EU customers

Mark the parcel "Returned goods" to avoid customs charges. We cannot refund import duties charged on returns.
